History: Kit was brought up on an Earth like our 'real' one, but it is actually a parallel universe, and things are somewhat different. She was found as a baby by a circus owner and lived with him and his family until she was about 13. It was at the circus that she learned certain gymnastic skills and how to hone psychic skills (tarot, scrying, etc). She was taken away from the circus, however, by social services, and lived in a home until she was 16, when she moved out to live alone.
